I am currently working with an established and highly reputable HealthTech business that is investing heavily into building out their UK commercial presence. The company has a proven healthcare platform that has been successfully used by healthcare practices internationally for many years. The business is looking for ambitious commercial professionals to help expand their already established market. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the UK expansion and have a genuine impact on how the commercial function develops, with strong potential for future career growth.

The Role:

  • Generating and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations
  • Identifying new opportunities for expansion and upselling
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

About you:

My client is not looking for a junior sales position. They want someone who will take ownership of their market and make an impact from day one with little hand holding.

  • 5+ years' B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong experience in selling into healthcare, HealthTech or related markets
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • The ambition to build something rather than simply inherit established clients

My client is particularly interested in people with experience in: GP practices, Healthcare Providers, Pharmacies, Private healthcare, clinical organisations and NHS environments.
