Role

We’re partnering with a global healthcare leader looking for a Business Analytics Manager to drive regional strategy across ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand. This role sits at the crossroads of analytics, forecasting, and customer activation, helping shape commercial decisions, guide launches, and strengthen performance across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional strategy across ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand; sit at the crossroads of analytics, forecasting, and customer activation to shape commercial decisions, guide launches, and strengthen performance across the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—from marketing and medical to sales and strategy—to deliver insights that influence both B2B and B2C markets and ultimately improve patient and consumer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in decision support, business analysis, forecasting, and market research
• A background in pharmaceutical drugs or healthcare products for the consumer market
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that drive growth
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• 5+ years in analytics, forecasting, or business intelligence within pharma or healthcare
