Barrington James Drug Discovery & Preclinical is seeking an experienced Senior Cell Biologist to lead animal model and translational biology programmes across multiple oncology indications. This role bridges in vitro cell biology with in vivo pharmacology to design and oversee preclinical studies advancing toward the clinic.

You will design and interpret in vivo efficacy and biodistribution studies, manage outsourced CRO activities, develop immunogenicity assessment strategies.
