An established Contract Research Organisation is seeking a talented professional to join its expanding Pathology Sciences team. The Role
- Provide expert input across a range of non-clinical safety studies, taking ownership of pathology-related activities and ensuring the highest standards of scientific delivery.
- Advise on anatomic and clinical pathology requirements within study protocols.
- Supervise necropsies, ensuring accurate dissection, sampling, and recording of findings.
- Conduct detailed microscopic evaluations and correlate data across pathology endpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support, mentor, and peer-review pathologists in training.
About You
- FRCPath or Diplomate of ACVP/ECVP (essential).
- Veterinary degree (DVM, VMD, BVM&S, BVSc or equivalent).
- Experience in toxicologic or laboratory animal pathology.
- Strong expertise in toxicity study evaluation and peer review is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with digital pathology (advantageous).
- MSc or PhD.
