We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Executive to join our team. This is a sales-led role with a strong emphasis on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account growth. You will be responsible for supporting both inbound and outbound sales activity, reactivating dormant accounts, and developing new business relationships. Yearly bonuses are subject to performance.
Sales Responsibilities:- Assist the team to manage inbound and outbound sales activity.
- Reactivate dormant accounts.
- Proactively contact and develop new customers, building strong commercial relationships.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
- Qualify leads, assist with the sales pipeline, and follow up calls to maximise conversion rates.
- Develop strong product knowledge across the full portfolio.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Support promotional campaigns and targeted customer outreach.
- Attend conferences and sales events as required.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role (inbound/outbound).
- Strong track record in account growth and new business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
