Air Conditioning Planned Maintenance Engineer living in the Greater London Area, inside or just outside of the M25 area. This role will be mobile, mainly covering the London and Home Counties area, but may require occasional trips to clients further away, for example Cardiff and Stockport. All of our commercial clients are on service contracts, and our installations are with end users or service contract clients. You would be joining a specialist company and carry out work to only the highest standards. As a small business, we very much enjoy our work. Your enthusiastic personality is as important as your technical skills. We look to you to bring your own skills and experiences of providing a professional service and to share this with us and our clients.
Please apply if you have the following:
- NVQ or City and Guilds to Level 2. C & G Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and F Gas and Safety skills to the industry standard. IPAF and PASMA, Skillcard.
- A desire to work for a company that provides the best service and puts our customer first.
- Extensive experience in maintaining and repairing chillers VRV and VRF of various types and ages.
- Enthusiastic responder to client emergencies both during the day and out of hours on a rota basis. Supported on more complicated call outs.
In return, you must demonstrate from day 1:
- The engineer will hold experience on maintaining essential plant and can carry out basic fault-finding.
