Location: Greater London Area or just outside the M25. The role is primarily mobile across London and Home Counties, with occasional trips to clients beyond the area such as Cardiff or Stockport.

Join a specialist company providing high-standard commercial HVAC services. The ideal candidate will bring technical skills and a professional attitude to deliver excellent service to end users and service contract clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain essential plant and carry out basic fault-finding and repair:
    • VRV / VRF (Hybrid VRF desirable)
    • Split and Multi-Split Air Conditioning
    • Ventilation systems
    • 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil units
    • Water heat pumps (desirable)
    • Walk-in refrigerators, freezers and cold rooms (desirable)
  • Serve as an enthusiastic responder to client emergencies both during the day and out of hours on a rota basis, with support for more complicated call-outs.
  • Maintain a good track record of competence, honesty and reliability.
  • Work well with team members and clients, generating positive feedback and compliments on service.
  • Provide references confirming work over the past 3 years.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2, preferably in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • F Gas and Safety skills to industry standard.
  • IPAF, PASMA, Skillcard certification.
  • Desire to work for a company that prioritises excellent customer service.
  • Extensive experience in maintaining and repairing VRV and VRF chillers of various types and ages.
  • Passion for professional service and teamwork.

  • F Gas Licence (required)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available
  • Weekend availability

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (basic £35,000 – £44,000 per year) based on ability to fault-find and repair.
  • Call-out standby allowance: £125.00 per week.
