You\'ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced colleagues who are passionate about passing on their knowledge and preserving these valuable skills.
Responsibilities
- Join knitted garment panels accurately using specialist linking machinery.
- Produce luxury cashmere garments to precise quality specifications.
- Read and follow technical specifications, garment patterns and instructions.
- Inspect your own work to ensure garments meet the highest quality standards.
- Identify and resolve minor issues during the linking process.
- Handle luxury garments with care throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer deadlines are hit.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training.
