Who are we looking for?

We are looking for talented and motivated Linkers to join our Pre-Production team.

Our Pre-Production team plays an important role in the development of new knitwear, linking prototypes, samples and submissions that help ensure designs, methods and standards are fully established before moving into bulk manufacture.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with delicate knitwear and wants to play a key role in getting products right from the very start of the manufacturing process.

What will you be doing?

  • Assemble garments for show collections and salesroom requirements.
  • Link prototypes, samples and submissions to the required quality and standard.
  • Identify and communicate appropriate manufacturing methods.
  • Identify potential manufacturing risks and quality or conformance challenges.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop effective, repeatable methods for bulk manufacture.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
