We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team at our manufacturing site in Hawick. This is an important role in ensuring our workplace remains clean, safe, and hygienic for employees and visitors alike. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across production areas, offices, and communal spaces, helping us meet our health, safety, and quality commitments.

Based in Hawick in the Scottish Borders, we have over 100 years of heritage and proudly supply some of the world’s most prestigious luxury fashion houses. What will you be doing?
- Clean and sanitize production areas, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
- Ensure compliance with company hygiene standards and procedures.
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning or special projects as needed.
What will you bring to the role?
- Skills & Attributes: Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Reliability and punctuality. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
