Job title: Self-Employed Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting to: The Employer
Location: Kidderminster DY11
Job purpose: To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer: Our client is an 80-year-old female living in a residential home in the DY11 area of Kidderminster who is looking to recruit a Self-Employed Personal Assistant to provide support with daily living tasks for 5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Social Support: Support with accessing the local community/shopping and light housework.
- These duties may vary from day-to-day.
Person specification
- Type of person we are looking for: Values: Someone that is honest, reliable, punctual, non-judgemental, ability to build good relationships based on trust and respect, flexible, adaptable, easy going, able to work alone, positive, willingness to travel and understands equality and diversity.
- Specific requirements: Someone with previous care & support experience.
Hours and pay
- Hours of work: 5 hours per week
- Rate of pay: £15 per hour
