About the Employer: Our client is a 45‑year‑old female living in the Redditch area who is looking to recruit a female Personal Assistant to provide support for 6 hours per week.

Main Duties:

  • Social duties: Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends; support with making and attending appointments.
  • Personal care: support with personal care.
  • Domestic duties: Support with light domestic duties. These duties may vary from day to day.

Specific Requirements: Someone with previous care & support experience.

Due to the nature of this role including personal care the potential employer will be considering female applicants only.

Hours of Work: 6 hours per week – 3 hours per week split into 1 hour per day Monday, Wednesday & Friday. 3 hours per week to support with life admin tasks & domestic tasks.

Rate of Pay: £13.01 per hour.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Car and appropriate insurance.
  • Previous care & support experience.
  • Experience of supporting individuals with mental health issues.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Good at building relationships.
  • Good communicator.

Additional Requirements: Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References.

Funding and Payment: This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
