Job purpose: To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the person who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer: Our client is a 21-year-old female living in Malvern who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide social support for 8 hours per week. Our client is autistic and suffers with anxiety. Our client lacks confidence when out in the community by herself so is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide reassurance when out and about.
Main duties:
- Social duties: Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends
- Supporting our client to access the local community
- Promote our client’s independence and improve their life skills. These duties may vary from day-to-day.
