  • Track daily and weekly site activities against plan, identifying deviations, risks, and constraints to delivery.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual progress; highlight critical issues and support development of recovery plans.
  • Monitor schedule performance, including critical path, float, milestone adherence, and schedule risk.
  • Prepare and maintain planning outputs including KPI dashboards, S-curves, lookahead schedules, and progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Facilitate short-term planning (weekly lookaheads) with site teams to ensure alignment on upcoming activities and priorities.
  • Ensure alignment between schedule, sequencing, and resource allocation across all workstreams.
  • Maintain awareness of contractual requirements, key milestones, and notification timelines.
  • Support scenario planning and schedule optimization to inform project decisions.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Built Environment).
