We are seeking a motivated Foreign Exchange Consultant to join our team.
This position is on a temporary contract and offers an attractive salary and an opportunity to work in a modern and vibrant setting.
What You’ll Do:
• Interact with customers in person at our Foreign Exchange Bureau, delivering excellent service while handling their foreign currency needs.
• Stay informed about the latest daily exchange rates, monitoring local competition to ensure competitive offerings.
• Process large cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting additional travel-related products and services.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of foreign currency, ensuring availability to meet customer demands.
• Conduct precise cash reconciliations and adhere to banking procedures in line with company policies.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is essential.
