Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Falkirk.

The Travel Consultant will support customers in planning and booking holidays, tailoring travel packages to individual needs and budgets, and providing expert advice on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling travel enquiries in person, by phone, and online, managing reservations and amendments, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The role also involves promoting Barrhead Travel products, meeting sales and service targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, suppliers, and offers.

The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to the branch’s overall performance.

Qualifications
