Service Technician, Honda – Barretts Canterbury
Barretts Honda have an opportunity for a Service Technician to join our busy Aftersales Department in Canterbury, Kent. The successful candidate will be highly skilled and efficient in all aspects of servicing and vehicle repairs, with meticulous attention to detail. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player, with a positive, self-motivated approach to each day.
The Service department is a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and ‘right first time’ repairs. Ideally you will already have a minimum of 3 years service experience with either Honda or a similar premium motor brand. In return for your hard work, you will receive full product and technical training, a completive basic salary and bonus.
You will be required to work Monday – Friday 8:30 to 17:30 and the first Saturday of the month 8:00 to 14:00.
· Hold a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
· 3 years motor trade experience.
· A Level 3 in Light vehicle Maintenance (City & Guilds/IMI/NVQ)
· MOT testing – would be preferred but not essential
Salary is dependent on experience/qualifications.
