An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our MINI team in Ashford. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service whilst following our sales process with a proven track record within a customer service role.

Our team is evolving and embracing the latest virtual sales technology to engage with customers and enhance the sales experience, whilst still retaining the personal touch that Barretts is renowned for. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a premium brand, be an exceptional communicator, both in person and digitally, understanding the importance of these platforms and not afraid to use them.

You will need the ability to ask questions with an eagerness to learn, be self‑motivated and have a keen eye for detail. As a busy and hardworking team, we emphasise the need for the right attitude when applying for this role. Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential. Your standard hours of work will be 42.5 hours per week, over five days, including Saturdays.
