Due to growth, we have an opening for a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice.
You will be given the training necessary to carry out your role, including mentoring by a strong, established site team. You’ll use the latest in blended learning techniques to ensure you receive the highest levels of training whilst working on the core business activities. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm.
Specific tasks may include:
- Support the sales team with customer enquiries, quotations, order entry and routine account administration
- Learn and use the company’s computer systems accurately and consistently
- Develop knowledge of steel tube products, processing capabilities, customer applications and relevant industry terminology
- Assist with commercial pricing by gathering accurate product, processing and delivery information
- Track orders through the business and communicate clearly with colleagues to help meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures for quality, safety and information handling
- Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues across departments

- GCSE qualifications in English & Maths ideally at grade 5 or above
- A positive, dependable and collaborative attitude
