Based at our Scunthorpe site, we are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator. The purpose of this role is to provide full administration support remotely for our Bradford depot, including operations, processing and sales. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of targets and site performance. The hours for this role are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Specific tasks include:
- Monitoring production progress
- Working to strict lead times
- Adjusting schedules to meet operational requirements
- Responding to any production disruptions, e.g. equipment breakdowns
- Liaising with our sales team to report any issues/delays
- General office duties, i.e. answering calls, dealing with visitors
