Based at our Barrett Engineering Steel, Willenhall site, we are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage existing customer relationships and nurture new accounts from initial calls/email enquiries; working closely with the sales team, building a rapport on the phone/via email, obtaining enquiries to quote then winning business.
Specific tasks include:
- Creating quotes and winning business
- Sourcing new sales opportunities and developing existing customer base
- Building partnering relationships to understand customer needs and requirements
- Developing relationships with key accounts so that clear communication lines are open
- Helping to develop new business, ensuring potential clients are aware of what our business has to offer
- Raising Sales Orders, checking stock availability and raising quotations
- Ensuring a high level of customer service

You will have the passion, drive, and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way; always ensuring a high level of customer service and the ability to build on existing business whilst successfully developing new.
