BCS require a Site Manager to work on a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027. Possible more works will be added. Main works: * a new CAT A–CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, along with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Main duties: * The daily running of site * site inductions * looking after and direction sub contractors * maintaining health and safety * keeping records of progress * reporting back to contracts manager Requirements: * SMSTS Cert * CSCS Card * First Aid certificate * min 5 years site manager experience * be from a interior/refurbishment background * Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works, * DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous Benefits: * long run of work * Good rate of pay * working for a family run business * possibility of future/continuous contracts BCS has been supplying local sites and companies with local trades and labour for the past 20 years.
