BCS require a Site Manager for a landscape construction contractor on a prestigious contract in the Uxbridge area. Main duties: * Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences * Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project * Managing the procurement of materials and equipment * Inspecting the work of landscape labourers and other staff to ensure quality and adherence to plans * Monitoring the project timeline and budget, making adjustments as necessary * Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the project * Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards * Maintaining records of project activities, including costs, schedules, and progress reports * Providing post-project support, such as landscape maintenance and troubleshooting Must haves: * Previous Landscaping experience * CSCS Black card * SMSTS * First aid * Previous Site Manager experience You will be directly employed CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
