SMSTS, first aid, CSCS Carded, Site Manager required for a Construction fit-out contract in the Bracknell area.

The Site Manager will need to be very much on the ball with the day to day running of site and equipment on site.

We will be looking for a person who is able to control all aspects of running a successful construction site, a person who is active and very fluent with all H&S matters.

The person must have good interpersonal skills and a firm but fair approach to dealing with the various sub contractors.

They must also be literate with the MS Office pack, (Outlook and Word predominantly and a basic knowledge of Excel).

SMSTS & Fist Aid essential, all others an advantage.

The length of contract for this job is 24 weeks. The ideal candidate will be located in an area to commute to site.

The site will work from 07:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with an earlier finish of about 14:00 on Fridays.

Main duties will be

  • To manage day to day running of site,
  • Looking after sub contractors and maintaining a high level of site health and safety.
  • Site Managers who apply will be expected to have
  • SMSTS

CSCS Black card.

  • A minimum of 5 years Site Management experience
  • experience with office fit outs and refurbishments.
  • Being from an interior trade background would be advantage but not essential.

You will be directly employed CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
