BCS require a site Manager for an interior fit-out client to look after a team on a construction commercial refurbishment contract in the Bournemouth area.

Main works:

  • Fire Stopping
  • Floors, ceilings
  • Meeting rooms
  • Door, cupboards and furniture wrapping
  • Office decoration – corridors

Main duties:

  • The daily running of site
  • Site inductions
  • Looking after and directing sub contractors
  • Maintaining health and safety
  • Keeping records of progress
  • Reporting back to contracts manager

Requirements:

  • SMSTS Cert
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid certificate
  • Min 5 years site manager experience
  • Be from an interior/refurbishment background
  • Possible vetting process due to sensitivity of works
  • Pasma & Ipaf would be advantageous
