Main works:
- Fire Stopping
- Floors, ceilings
- Meeting rooms
- Door, cupboards and furniture wrapping
- Office decoration – corridors
Main duties:
- The daily running of site
- Site inductions
- Looking after and directing sub contractors
- Maintaining health and safety
- Keeping records of progress
- Reporting back to contracts manager
Requirements:
- SMSTS Cert
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certificate
- Min 5 years site manager experience
- Be from an interior/refurbishment background
- Possible vetting process due to sensitivity of works
- Pasma & Ipaf would be advantageous
