What you’ll be doing?
- Supporting the business and our divisional offices.
- Assisting in all admin tasks required to support procurement input to COINS & Rebate Manager.
- Resource code management and the maintenance, update of Docushare information.
- Managing communication of outputs to internal stakeholders.
- Managing the group rebate claim and collection process.
- Updating supplier price files on COINS.
- Ensuring Commodity Managers are up to date with approvals.
- Administering resource code process (when released by GC).
- Managing communication of rebate, COINS and general Group Procurement information to internal stakeholders.
- Supporting commodity managers with tender administration.
- Providing system training to divisions periodically (some infrequent travel required).
What You’ll Need
- Good communication skills (at all levels).
- IT literate.
- Proficient on Excel.
- Basic understanding of procurement function (nice to have).
- Coins experience (nice to have).
- Organised, methodical and detail oriented.
- Good general education at GCSE level.
