Barratt is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction on developments across the UK. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to meet build programmes, health and safety and quality targets while controlling costs.
You will ensure compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations and company processes, deliver high standards of site presentation, and work with Sales to ensure smooth customer handover and a positive customer experience.
