You will manage the on-site construction, coordinate trades, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive quality to NHBC standards while controlling costs and maintaining customer care.
You will report to the Contracts Manager and work with multiple internal teams to achieve the build programme on time and to a high standard of finish.
