Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in site management, supporting activities that meet targets related to health and safety, quality, customer care, and cost.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality standards
- Report activities or actions affecting health and safety, quality, customer care, or cost
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to achieve build programme targets
- Monitor material levels to maintain efficiency and meet the build schedule
- Ensure all plots meet high-quality standards and contribute to overall site presentation
- Report defects using IFix
- Exemplify good behavior in health and safety, organization, conduct, and professionalism
