The Sales & Marketing team look after our customers and help them through one of the most important parts of their lives; finding and buying a new home. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and sales and marketing are a key part in making that vision a reality. Our Sales & Marketing teams, both locally and nationally, work together to make sure we're showing people the perfect home for them.
Responsibilities:
- Update internal computer systems.
- Manage solicitors with legal conveyance to purchase PX houses.
- Report to Sales Director, PX managers and site staff on progress of PX house purchase.
- Home visits to discuss criteria with our customers, compromise on any issues of fixtures and fittings etc.
- Check through solicitor's legal reports including searches, plans, section agreements, building regulations etc., for presenting to Sales director for sign off.
- Manage corporate agents on re-sale houses for updates and negotiate accordingly.
- Vacation reporting, check properties and take meter readings etc. ensure keys are passed onto agents.
- Arrange any remedial works needed on unsold properties, or any enhancement required to sell them and maintain them.
- Visit vacant properties on a regular basis to ensure safe and in good condition, book any garden tidies or cleans etc.
- Processing of credit and debit card transactions or use of card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
- Undertake appropriate training on PCI DSS at induction and then ongoing as required / stated by the business.

- Good inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-confident, decisive, problem solver and forward thinker.
- Full driving license.
