The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from our Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. We also have a specialised function – Barratt Partnerships. While the work varies from team to team, our key requirements don’t: you must be well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You’ll understand that what you do is important, and impacts on your team, the department, and the wider business.
Reporting to the HR Shared Service Team Supervisor, you will provide administration support to the HR Shared Service Centre in line with the company policies and procedures. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders answering employee enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using HR systems to record data and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and administer HR documents during the employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to, Onboarding, Leaver and Family Friendly processes.
- Send out any company-wide communications to the business as required.
- Ensure that all employee files are compliant with GDPR guidelines.
- Signpost Line Managers to ensure they have the relevant tools and supporting documentation to support the employee lifecycle.
- Work with the payroll team to ensure all necessary documentation is compiled ahead of the monthly/weekly payroll run.
- Promote the Group support offering available to individuals and signpost to these services.
The role is subject to change based on the evolution of the HR Shared Service Centre and the supporting technology.
