Supporting the business and our divisional offices, our Head Office functions cover all departments from the Executive Board through to our support functions such as Group Design and Technical, HR, Health and Safety, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Group Finance, Corporate Affairs, as well as Legal and Company Secretariat. Role Responsibilities
- The Group Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management, operational efficiency, and compliance of the company’s car fleet across Group Support Centre and multiple divisions.
- This role ensures maintenance, and utilisation of the company car fleet while maintaining safety, sustainability, regulatory and policy compliance.
- In addition, the role will support the Group Procurement team to achieve cost effective procurement and manage suppliers.
- Develop and implement fleet policies, procedures, and long‑term strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast fleet requirements and manage lifecycle planning for company cars.
- Stay up to date with legislation changes and communicate the impacts to the business.
- Negotiate with suppliers for vehicle acquisition, leasing, and repair contracts.
- Ensure cost optimisation and quality standards in supplier relationships.
