Within the Construction environment, think about buying materials, managing big projects, ensuring health and safety and customer service. At any given time, you'll find us working on some circa 400 developments in both towns and rural areas across the UK, and every one poses unique challenges. Some are from scratch on brownfield sites; others see us adapting existing buildings, like old factories or disused hospitals. We need people who can bring us fresh ideas and imagination on one hand, and the commercial ability to manage people, budgets and costs on the other.

Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved.
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
- Work in conjunction with the Sales Team, attend regular Sales/Build meetings, ensure procedures are adhered to and inspections of show homes are carried out.
- Accept responsibility for duties and responsibilities as determined by the Site Manager and deputise when required.
- Ensure the on‐site construction team is fully resourced, well‐directed and supported in communication, training and development.
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
- Experience working within established build programmes.
- Assertive and able to drive delivery of targets by the on‐site team and trades/labour.
- Strong prioritisation skills to meet changing business needs.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or a trade professional with substantial experience of the full range of construction trades.
- In‐depth knowledge of construction trade, legislative requirements (Health and Safety, NHBC, Building Regulations).
- Good knowledge and experience in Customer Service.
