We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in residential property sales. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking agency with an expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify and register high-value applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewings across prime London locations
- Generate and convert leads into valuation opportunities
- Negotiate offers and secure successful deals
- Provide detailed feedback to clients and vendors
- Upload listings and manage marketing on major property portals
- Progress sales through to completion, maintaining excellent communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system
- Conduct valuations and market appraisals independently
- Manage your own diary and pipeline effectively
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in estate agency sales (London experience preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent client relationship management and follow-up ability
- Highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
- Well-presented, confident, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Knowledge of Canary Wharf and surrounding London markets is desirable
