The Junior Sous Chef Role
2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas
Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
Love for the hospitality industry, Spanish food and culture
Ability to run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when needed
Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
Positively train and lead a team of junior chefs
Good level of English language
A passion for your own development is a must
