- 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality and fast-paced restaurant
- Interest and love for Spanish food and culture
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing regulations
- Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
- A kind, warm and positive attitude
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
