Barracudas Activity Day Camps is looking for a Welfare Officer to ensure the emotional and safeguarding needs of children at camp are met. You will work closely with the senior team to create a nurturing environment, guiding staff in behaviour management and welfare procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the induction training
  • Acting as the Designated Person for safeguarding
  • Maintaining health and safety standards

The role requires previous childcare experience and strong communication skills.

Salary ranges from £559.79 to £680.83 per week based on experience, qualifications, and camp size.
