The Global Partner Incentives Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Barracuda’s global channel incentive programs across multiple channel routes-to-market. This role ensures incentives effectively drive partner behavior, increase partner revenue productivity, and align to Barracuda’s channel strategy. You will collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, Channel Operations, Finance, and regional theater teams to ensure incentives are well structured, financially sound, and simple for partners to engage with. This position reports to the Principal, Global Partner Programs.
