The Home
Our homes are based in Lancashire in the town of Brierfield, and Calderdale in the town of Todmorden; they accommodate up to four children with challenging behaviours and emotional difficulties.

We have roles available at all levels from entry level Care Practitioners to Seniors and Team Leaders, on a full-time and part-time basis. The position attracts above-market remuneration.
The Individual
We’re looking for caring, sociable and energetic individuals. The role is demanding so you’ll need to be resilient and patient. Experience working with young people in a similar setting is ideal. We’re particularly interested in male, as well as female candidates, of all ages; providing a diverse range of role models for the children in our care. Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, provide satisfactory references and be able to demonstrate they have the qualities to succeed in this sector.
