BARR Personnel is looking for an experienced Recruitment Regional Manager or Driving Consultant who wants the opportunity to move up the ladder and be part of the largest Driving agency in Suffolk. The basic salary depends on what the person has to bring to the table.
Due to business demand in Suffolk & Essex and as part of our ambitious growth plans, we now require a Divisional/Regional Manager or Senior Consultant who wants to progress with BARR Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive approach and the ability to manage a successful team.
You will be based in our Ipswich town centre office to start off with and will manage your Account Coordinator/Resourcers. This role will also involve business development as a recruitment consultant and the opportunity to engage with both the client market, while also managing, controlling and providing exceptional service to a large network of candidates.
You will be responsible for establishing new clients and developing existing clients, generating opportunities for candidates and providing guidance and support to clients on their hiring strategies. Establish excellent customer relationships and ensure all our candidates have a great professional experience working with us.
This is an exciting and externally facing role; it will be financially rewarding but demands a strong and industrious work ethic.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good knowledge and awareness in the Recruitment Industry
- Have a successful track record of success in previous recruitment roles
- Be a self-motivated / autonomous individual
- Demonstrate recruitment consultancy and people management experience
- Be able to manage and build relationships with internal staff and clients
- Have excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Be confident in managing and leading a successful team
- Have the ability to focus and prioritise and possess strong self-motivation
- Be forthright, driven, and a self-starter
- Have a good academic track record
- Possess excellent IT skills
