Due to our continued growth and expansion, BARR Personnel are recruiting for Account Coordinators to join our established driving department in Ipswich. Please note working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8am till 5pm.

An Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day servicing of clients against an agreed Service Level Agreement or set KPIs and is the daily management representative for BARR Personnel. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with enquiries from our clients and candidates in a professional manner both in person and on the telephone at all times.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team to deliver our contractually agreed service provision.
  • Communicating with the driving department team manager on delivery of our service provision on a day-to-day basis.
  • Working with the clients' management team to deliver recruitment forecasting on a monthly to quarterly basis.
  • Reporting of KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Working on candidate attraction through various job boards, advertising and social media accounts, and relationships with job centres and training providers locally.
  • Screening of candidates for interview and arranging meetings with candidates to register.
  • Responsible for candidate compliance checking the eligibility to work in the UK documents, Driving licence checks, prior to interviewing.
  • Interviewing efficiently and ethically ensuring we select the correct candidate for the job roles advertised.
  • Working with the client to ensure new starters' induction & training paperwork is completed as per our client contractual agreement.
  • Ensuring we fulfil client requirements in regard to the number of temporary workers required on a daily basis.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure BARR Personnel is compliant with UK legislation/regulations as per our agreed SLA/KPI, to include Agency Working Regulations 2010, The Working Time Regulations 1998, & Health & Safety Work Act 1974.
  • Completion of weekly payroll hours, ensuring all temporary workers are being paid the correct hours, pay rate and approved holidays.
  • Ensuring we maintain our current temporary worker levels required to attract new starters on a weekly basis.
  • Supporting your Driving Manager to gather due diligence in your local market area from candidate calls and promotional marketing.
  • Working with other colleagues or clients on engagement activities for our workers.
  • Able to work as part of a team to deliver high levels of service to our clients and candidates.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data on CRM systems.
  • Good communication skills including the ability to listen to others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate with experience in Excel and preferably CRM systems too.

This role would suit somebody with experience in the fast-paced and target-driven nature looking to take their first step into recruitment, wanting to succeed and progress within an organisation and develop their career in the Recruitment Industry.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Customer Service/Accounts Management experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person that wants the opportunity to develop their employment career.
  • Full Driving Licence and own transport.
