The role:
Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic and supportive individual? If so, Barr Beacon School may have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Head of House PAs provide pastoral and administrative support in a fast-paced working environment. They play a key role in facilitating the day-to-day clerical support working closely with the Head of House.
Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:
- First day absence calls
- Attending parental meetings to take notes
- Maintaining pupil records
About you:
You will play an important part in the school community, providing support to both staff and pupils to a professional standard. Your skills will include:
- Having at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Being experienced in working in similar administrative roles
- Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong IT skills
- Having the ability to handle highly confidential information
