Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. To be successful you need previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen, delivering dishes to company time standards and managing teams of up to 5 (Chefs and KPs) on a busy service. A key factor to your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure and to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop teams, paying keen attention to detail
- Assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
- Ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly
