You are an experienced, inspirational leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for your customers and your team. You know how to maximise commercial opportunities and you support your General Manager in controlling the business, ensuring it is profitable at all times.
You will competently assist the General Manager in the planning, organisation and management of the pub activities. You will focus on the development of staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high customer service standards. You will deliver on the Barons’ values and legal compliance responsibilities, and proactively lead our business objectives to help achieve the company's overall aim of operational excellence.
You need to have had previous experience as a Front of House manager in a fast-paced hospitality operation (food-led pub, restaurant or hotel) and hold a clean driving licence.
