We are proud winners at the 2024 Publican Awards – Best Pub Employer! We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef for this position.
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 6.30am start; Saturday & Sunday: 7am start. This would preferably be 5 mornings a week (approximately 40 hours). We would also consider a part-time Chef who can do 3 mornings a week. Flexible finish times – can be at 12 noon and occasionally stay to cover lunch shift until 3pm.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up the kitchen for Breakfast service
- Running Breakfast service independently or with another Chef on busier days
- Prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications
- Maintaining the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site
- Working in line with Barons’ Food Safety, Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment
- Effectively communicating with the FOH team and Opening Manager
