The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

You must be an experienced section chef / CDP or higher level up to Sous Chef, and be able to follow tight specs, have previous experience working with high-volume and have excellent basic food safety knowledge.

At Barons we are proud to serve great food and drink and deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service. We are looking for an experienced Chef who is available to work the busy service sessions and support the team over the weekend, Saturday and Sunday shifts.

About the Job:

  • Taking ownership of the section you are allocated – prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications.
  • Maintain the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site.
  • Take an active role in cost reduction, control of resources and portion control.
  • Work in line with Barons’ Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Effectively communicate with the Kitchen and FOH teams.
  • Work with the Head Chef to meet Barons key business objectives: that the site will be run professionally, profitably, efficiently, and compliantly.
