Overview
Maintenance Person: We are currently recruiting for a well presented, enthusiastic individual to undertake various DIY and caretaking jobs plus some leaf-blowing and path clearing in the garden areas.
Responsibilities
- Undertake DIY and caretaking tasks
- Leaf-blowing and path clearing in garden areas
- Attend emergency call outs at short notice (occasionally)
Schedule
2 mornings a week, days will vary Monday to Friday β 7.30/8am start. Approximately 6 hours a week. 2 different sites; local to both may allow one person to cover both.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Self-starter with good communication skills and a passion for fixing things
- Own set of basic tools
- Organised with a keen eye for detail; able to plan and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of basic Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Health and Safety, General DIY maintenance, caretaking
- Current driving licence and own transport and basic tools
