Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. You will need to have at least 2 years previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen – delivering dishes to company time standards and specification – and managing a team of up to 5 on service.

A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.

You will be leading shifts, making sure the kitchen runs effectively and safely, always upholding 5* kitchen standards.

You will have a great eye for detail, manning the pass to ensure our food goes out on-spec and on-time.

You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with mentoring and developing the team.

You will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly.
