Our Junior Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. You will need to have at least 2 years previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen β delivering dishes to company time standards and specification β and managing a team of up to 5 on service.
A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.
- You will be leading shifts, making sure the kitchen runs effectively and safely, always upholding 5* kitchen standards
- You will have a great eye for detail, manning the pass to ensure our food goes out on-spec and on-time
- You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with mentoring and developing the team
- You will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly
