3 days a week: Mondays and Fridays… plus 1 other day in the week 9:30 am to 3 pm (earlier finish time is possible if needed).
The job role essentially is to assist the Managers in creating an efficient and compliant environment, for the running of smooth and effective sessions. Confirming bookings, responding to emails, showing customers the function space, making hotel reservations, placing stock orders, liaising with Chefs, on‑boarding new staff onto our systems, telephone screening candidates, payroll, cash banking …and general administrative duties in the office.
You must be computer literate, organised and preferably with previous office and/or hospitality experience. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and lots of initiative; have an excellent telephone manner and be someone who thrives on responsibility. Any previous experience with hotel booking systems will be an advantage.
